Born in St-Georges de Beauce, east of Québec city, Alain Bernard’s career has led him to work and live in many regions of the province. From James Bay to Lac St-Jean via les Iles-de-la-Madeleine, he has now been established in the Outaouais for more than 20 years. Having lived in these beautiful areas, Alain has developed an interest in traveling, discovering new places, and meeting people. His art is inspired by the beauty of nature and the interaction of people in their every day lives. Alain always try to bring light to life in his paintings. He is particularly recognized for his urban and night scenes.
