I am a self-taught artist that explores the deep energetic connection between the feminine and the universe. I paint energy the way I sense it, as flowing strokes and bold colours. My figures merge with nature through continuous lines linking a physical body to elements such as the sun, sky, water or fire. I often incorporate flowers and butterflies, symbols of transformative cycles that we can learn from. My subjects are free, powerful, and unapologetic as they assert their feminine presence.

I am particularly curious about the relationship between feminine energy and masculine spaces. I want to challenge all viewers to be conscious of the energy they radiate and the health of their connections to their natural and spiritual selves. Through my artwork I explore the potential for expansion when we embrace our raw beauty and creative power, far beyond the patriarchy's oppressive view of what - and who - is feminine.

I seek to create paintings that inspire women, those that identify as women, and girls, to claim space in their own lives, as well as within the systems that govern them. My artwork serves as bold reminders for all people of the value of feminine energy if we are to bring balance to a patriarchal world which serves the interest of the very few at the expense of the many.

By embracing feminine energy, we embrace the potential to heal ourselves, our relationships, our systems and the planet. I hope this is also the potential you sense when viewing my paintings.
